NSCF title option

A. I just modified the font from previous one
B. Different option, put a small board in an empty space (we could remove that, just an idea)

- NSCF word is now centered more above the white tagline (a bit taller). 

- Changed the tagline around the circle with "inspiring excellence through chess"

- remove the orange color, put the red on the cover book
